After some past troubles our Free Company encountered about the questions of loots during our raid sessions, we decided from now to follow a new looting system. This will be available for all 8 men raids hosted by Divine Will (Coil of Bahamuth, Primals extreme mode…) and by being part of our statics, or just tagging along every once and then you acknowledge and accept this system. By transgressing it the leader may end up expelling the member from the Free Company.

Ok here’s how it’s gonna work:
Using “need” or “greed” on a drop without the consent of the leader is now forbidden. To get access on a drop you must first declare if it’s for your primary job or for a secondary one. After that the leader will decide on who the drop will be granted. The decision will be based on the actual needs of the raid, this in regards for everybody to be evenly geared to do turn 5, our current main goal. We kindly ask for your understanding concerning this matter, we will make sure that the needs of everybody are taking care of.
